Prepared Culture Media exports now need Shipment Clearance and Health Certificates

India has amended the export policy for Prepared Culture Media (HS Code 38210000) to require exporters to obtain Shipment Clearance Certificates from CAPEXIL and Health Certificates from CAPEXIL and Regional Animal Quarantine Officers when importing countries mandate them. This applies immediately with no transition period.
