DGFT Portal Bank Guarantee Module gets new tracking features
The DGFT has added new features to the Bank Guarantee Repository Module on its portal to streamline BG processing and monitoring. Exporters will now receive automatic email alerts 60 and 45 days before BG expiry, and Regional Authorities can digitally sign renewal and encashment notices through the portal.
Action: Adopt the enhanced BG module features on the DGFT Portal; review the User Manual available on DGFT Website for workflow guidance.
Who is affected: All exporters and importers who submit Bank Guarantees under DGFT schemes (AA, EPCG, etc.).
