India has extended the deadline for duty-free import of 10 lakh MT of raw sugar from 31 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 under the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) scheme. All other import conditions remain unchanged. This gives importers two additional months to complete their duty-free sugar imports.
