Pharma Grade Sugar exporters must report utilization within 10 days
The government is reviewing how much pharma grade sugar has been exported by allocated exporters. Exporters must submit utilization certificates and justify any need for additional quota within 10 days, or unused quota will be reallocated.
Action: Submit utilization certificate from Chartered Accountant and revalidation application via DGFT IT system within 10 days if you have already received pharma grade sugar allocation.
Who is affected: Exporters of Pharma Grade Sugar who received allocations under Trade Notice 06/2025-26 and subsequent notices.
