India permits additional 25 lakh MT wheat exports with conditions
India's wheat export policy remains prohibited under HS codes 10011900 and 10019910, but the government now allows an additional 25 lakh metric tonnes (LMT) to be exported. Detailed conditions and modalities will be issued separately via public notice. Existing permissions granted to other countries for food security needs continue to apply above this new quota.
