India-Oman CEPA added to Certificate of Origin procedures
DGFT has amended Para 2.88 of the Handbook of Procedures to include the India-Oman Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) in the list of Free Trade Agreements. Exporters can now obtain Certificates of Origin under this new agreement through authorized agencies.
Action: Exporters intending to use India-Oman CEPA preferences should apply for Certificate of Origin through authorized issuing agencies under the updated Para 2.88(a)
