EODC issuance drive extended to May 31, 2026 for AA/EPCG
DGFT is extending its special expedited drive for issuing Export Obligation Discharge Certificates (EODCs) under Advance Authorisation and EPCG schemes from April to May 31, 2026. The drive already cleared 11,791 pending cases in March. Exporters holding these authorisations should submit pending documents and cooperate with regional authorities to close old cases.
Action: Review pending EODC application status and promptly submit all required documents/clarifications to your DGFT Regional Authority by May 31, 2026.
Who is affected: Exporters and importers holding Advance Authorisation (AA) and EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods) scheme authorisations with pending EODC applications.
